TERMS & CONDITIONS

• In accordance with UAE regulations, the obligations and duties of our crew exclusively
  encompass the safe operation and maintenance of the vessel as well as the safety of its passengers. Our Crew has no other obligation or duties to the Client or guests.
• The Charter Company shall be the sole determiner regarding suitability and attachment of
  decorations.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our yachts
  Client and guest will be subject to both Charter Company and Marina Security and safety
  requirements.
• Passenger must carry an original identification card [passport, driving license, ID card]
  during the trip.
• The client hereby assumes responsibility for damages to the yacht caused by himself,
  contracted service providers, or guests. Reparations for damages shall include the costs or
  repair and restoration, transportation of this yacht and any loss of income caused thereby.
• Yacht charter fee includes selected yacht Captain and at least 1 Crew Member, fuel, water,
  ice, soft drinks, towels, and fishing equipment (applicable for fishing charter).
• On board BBQ grill-er upon request. The guests are to provide marinated meat in which the
  crew member/s will be obliged to cook and serve within the charter time.
• No liability is accepted for any personal injury during recreational activity including cruising,
  swimming, fishing, parasailing or any other water sport.
• All passengers must wear life jackets whilst cruising ONLY
• Towels are not going to be provided.
•  Intoxicated/drunk guest upon arrival in the yacht will not be allowed and will result to cancellation
  without refund.
• No pets allowed on board.
• Guest are obliged to take off any footwear while on board.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the yacht.
•  No refund will be given in case of any cancellation by guest.
•  Trip rescheduling should be communicated (3 days OR 72 HOURS) prior to the booking date and is
  subject to availability.
• Trip will be automatically cancelled (no refund) if the number of guest exceeds the maximum capacity
  of the booked boat/yacht.
• It is not allowed to bring home any goods and objects from the boat/yacht fines will be imposed
  otherwise

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
 Additional 5% vat for the total amount.
 If card payment or payment link 3.5% additional extra charge will be applied.

TO HOLD BOOKING:
We need 50%deposit to confirm the booking, 50% balance will be paid on the day of the trip by cash or
card. Card payment additional 3.5%.

CONFIRMATION BOOKING:
Send the confirmation booking details and the receipt, cancellation policy, location and captain number
on the day.
