ELITE PEARL YACHT CHARTER REFUND POLICY!

Thank you for choosing Elite Pearl Charter – Luxury Yacht Rental Company in Dubai. We value your trust and are committed to providing you with a luxury yachting experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your booking, please review our updated Return and Refund Policy below. These terms apply to all bookings, cancellations, and refund requests made with Elite Pearl Charter.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply equally whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions

For this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) means Elite Pearl Charter, Office-506, Saeed Tower -1, Sheikh Zayed Road, World Trade Center, Dubai.

  • Service refers to the yacht charter and related services provided by the Company.

  • Booking means a confirmed reservation for yacht rental or charter made through our Website or by contacting our booking team.

  • Website refers to Elite Pearl Charter – Luxury Yacht Rental Company in Dubai, accessible at https://elitepearlcharter.com.

  • You means the individual or company making a booking or using our services.

booking Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your yacht booking within 7 days from the date of booking confirmation without providing any reason.

After this period, cancellation charges may apply based on the notice period and the nature of the booking. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us through a clear written statement using one of the following contact methods:

If your cancellation request is accepted, we will issue your refund within 14 business days from the date we confirm the cancellation. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the booking, with no additional fees charged by us.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the charter date are non-refundable.

  • In case of no-show or late arrival, the booking is considered completed and non-refundable.

Force Majeure and Weather Conditions

Your safety is our priority.
If the charter cannot take place due to unforeseen weather conditions, technical issues, or other force majeure events, the Company will:

  • Offer a rescheduled date, or

  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Refunds in such cases are processed within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You decide to shorten the duration of your yacht trip after departure.

  • You or your guests fail to comply with the yacht’s safety or conduct policies.

  • The charter is interrupted or terminated due to misconduct, illegal activity, or intoxication.

  • You cancel due to reasons unrelated to the Company’s control (e.g., change of plans, missed flights, or personal emergencies).

Special Bookings and Custom Packages

For custom charters, event bookings, or personalized yacht packages, refund terms may vary based on the contract agreement.
Deposits made for customized services are typically non-refundable, as they cover administrative and preparation costs.

Gift Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers or promotional bookings are non-refundable.
If your booking was made using a gift card or promotional code, rescheduling may be permitted (subject to availability), but no cash refunds will be issued.
