Wiam commenced his career maneuvering a modest fishing boat while pursuing a boat master license, which provided him with valuable hands-on experience in maritime operations. After gaining several years of experience in both the luxury hospitality and maritime industries, he transitioned into the yacht charter section in 2006. During this time he honed his abilities in business development and customer relations, ultimately leading to the establishment of Elite Yachts Group of Companies. Wiam has created a brand that delivers an opulent yachting experience in Dubai, catering to clients in search of luxury yachts. 

With several years of extensive experience, Wiam has earned a reputation as the premier organizer of super and mega yacht charters for events and corporate management. His prestigious clientele includes renowned brands such as Tag Heuer, Etihad Airways, and Burjeel Hospital, among others. He also caters to high-profile clients in the Class-A category, including celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, Vin Diesel and Will Smith. Wiam specializes in worldwide charters for super and mega yachts, having successfully organized events in locations such as Mykonos, Nice in the South of France, Marbella in Spain, and Montenegro. He is also recognized as a leading organizer for the largest yachts at the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
